Got a call from HR asked about work experience and what values that greatly affected my decision to apply and become a pediatric nurse. Scheduled for in person interview with 2 managers. Asked more of personal questions, how I handle difficult situations , behavioral questions.

Excellent process of face to face interview with nurse manager, educator, and clinical team leader. Was able to job shadow and then offered the position once all interviews were complete.
