o recrutador deseja conhecer os candidatos por meio de uma boa conversa. As perguntas são previamente preparadas para entender o que o profissional faz de melhor e de que forma ele gosta de trabalhar. Outro ponto importante a ser avaliado é o aspecto cultural.

How does the area I would be working in fit into the overall organizational structure?
Can you describe the corporate culture or atmosphere of your company?
What kind of supervision and training would I receive?
How will I receive feedback on my job performance?
Phone screening, general , no callback, not a lot left i can say about it, honestly. I asked for feedback, but did not receive any. I guess that's just the way that it goes some of the time.
Not to bad, would try again but not the easiest kind company though - wish them the best for the future as they seem oike a kind company. Wished me the best too
