      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dcode (DC) (Washington, DC)

      The process was broken down into 3 phases: 1. Initial conversation with the recruiter: Simple fit assessment to see if you are a good candidate for the role. 2. Interview with a Director: Behavioral questions. Average difficulty. Very conversational. 3. Interview with C-suite: Average difficulty, very conversational. Overall a very positive experience.

      Tell me about a time when you had to make recommendations to clients. In the last interview, it was mostly behavioral questions, with a case that involved providing an associate with feedback on a report before sending it to the client.
