De'Longhi America interview questions

I had a phone interview with HR, I was immediately scheduled for a same day phone interview with the Sr. person in the department as he was going to be traveling. I also, had in person interviews with HR, two hiring managers, as well as the SR. person I spoke on the phone with (about 3.5 hours). Although, I went through the entire process and checked in every week or two, nobody let me know if the the roles had been filled or not, only that they were still in the process. In August, I was told they were making final decisions, but, still not advised. This is why I am giving the negative review. I put a lot of time preparing, meeting, interviewing as well as writing individual thank you letters to each person that I met with.

Invited in for face to face interview with director of HR. Asked very basic questions, what are your strengths/weaknesses.
