One of the most strangest processes ever! First, we did a 10 min phone call, all for the founder to suddenly say "Sorry, I have to go. I'm busy." I then get invited to her home office which is a garage, but the actual interview was held in her private living room. She ranted about her client's politics, complained about her former interns and employees, and also told me she was old-school and did stuff on paper, which isn't ideal if you're working in PR.... All this to be ghosted!!!
