DeVons Jewelers interview questions

Was not offered part-time customer service position. Even with 5 years experience in the jewelry business, diamond knowledge, quality control experience, and management experience. Even when the manager told me he was severely understaffed by email. I came on time, in a suit, we held a pleasant conversation, and I hit all the marks he was looking for. He suggested I call the Devon's located 30 miles from my house because they might need someone 'like me" (Spanish speaking latina). He was racist, he even brought up a story about having a friend with a Chinese wife to try to justify he wasn't racist. He made up an excuse as to why he has to busy to hire me right now.
