I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DealShare (New Delhi) in May 2022
Interview
Worst interview experience ever. There were total three rounds, the first was ds and algo round, the second was design round and the third was the tech and managerial round with the CTO. Initial two rounds got completed within 2,3 days but just to complete the last round they took one month as their CTO was too busy that he had to cancel 2,3 times due to some reasons.
Finally they rescheduled the last round and their CTO joined the call and gave me one database design question and left the call by saying that he had some urgent thing to do and came back after 20-25 minutes and then discussed for few minutes and then again he got call and start talking and after that someone came to his door so again he went for few minutes. So the overall experience was very bad, he was not professional. So after that round I had to chase HR for a few days for feedback and finally she said that feedback is not positive from CTO.
he was there for just 20 minutes in 1 hour interview and even I explained the answer during that time and he also said he was ok from his side and will share the feedback to HR but then he gave the negative feedback. I don't know what went wrong.
So i would suggest not to waste your time in this company.
At last HR just said feedback is not positive and said she would call me for detailed feedback, but haven't received it yet.
