The process starts with some online test and then you are required to write an investment memo about a Startup provided to you. It then follows with the first interview with two Investment Associates. The interview lasted only 30 min and I did not receive any specific questions other than about myself and some general knowledge of the European venture environment. I had the feeling it went quite well since I promptly answered every question and never received any challenge to my answers. When I started asking questions about the day-to-day work and the team structure etc, the interviewer seemed very incapable of providing clear answers, not sounding very interested in sharing how the company operates. I received a few days later a rejection email to which I asked for feedback but never got any reply.

Interview
First step is an online assessment about relevant financial topics. Takes about 30 min and is not super easy but doable.
Second step is an investment deck that you need to create from a company with the advice whether you want to sell or not
Third step is an interview with one of the associates and last step is an interview with the partner.
Overall it was a bit unprofessional in my eyes. Took long to get feedback. The interview with the associate was okay, but he was a bit inexperienced in telling a clear story on what the company does and your role would entail. Never heard any feedback from the company after my interview, which is confirming the overall experience of being an unorganized.
