Dear World interview questions

The first interview/screening went ok. Moved to the next round where applicants were asked to submit a paid writing assignment. I'm guessing that I did well enough on that because after that, I moved on to the final round, which was a panel interview. The main negatives/reasons for the bad review: 1. the final interview was requested at the last minute (with like 24 hours notice) 2. WAS NOT PAID FOR completing & submitting the paid assignment on time. 3. Was never notified about not being selected.
