I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DeckRobot in Jul 2023
Interview
friendly and informative conversation with the headhunter and the 1. Step with HR of Deckrobot was OK too. Meeting with CEO fixed and confirmed => No show; CEO didn't come to meeting Second try 4 days later (meeting fixed and confirmed) => CEO was 5min too late and I have to wait additional 5min and have to watch him doing some stuff. HR was in the room; no words from their side. No excuse for the No Show and being late! I told them that their behavior is unacceptable and wished them a nice day. I am too old for that Kindergraten
First of all, apologies for your experience. Secondly, you caught me in the middle of signing a huge investment deal, so I had to miss our first meeting and cut off an important conversation to make our second one. But in any case, I believe the outcome is for both sides' best. Wish you good luck with your job search!
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DeckRobot (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Sept 2022
Interview
I was approached on linkedin by the Head of Sales at Deckrobot. Had a short interview of 15 min, followed by another one with the HR business partner. The last interview was with the Chief Organisational Development Officer, and there were behavioral questions, that proved the skills and mindset.

Interview
On the second call of the interviewing process I had a call with their CEO of the company who was rude, condescending and passive aggressive. Doesn't seem like the right environment to work for such a company. His questions were a little strange, he was busy as if he was driving at that time or maybe was walking somewhere, and was constantly interrupting me

Question 1
CEO was asking why did I select the University that I went to (I graduated over 10 years ago), he was asking questions more about why I selected the major I selected, why I moved to another country but why I didn't move to some other country, why I went back home and didn't stay where I was already living, and never actually asked me many questions that could show him if I'm a good fit for the company or not
