This organisation is customer centric by nature( that’s what they say). But any organisation which is customer centric will not treat people poorly.
I was made to wait in the call for 45 mins to get in to the interview. Once the interview started, the interviewer did not pay attention to me at all for my response to the questions asked. The interviewer looked around was talking to other people nearby and seemed least interested.
The second round of interview was even worse. The interviewer just exited out of the call without providing any proper response.
I was not given any proper feedback also. You guys might think that maybe I didn’t perform very well in the interview and I can assure you that I was technically overqualified for that position.
