Interview
Had an interview process, which included the following:
1. Recruiter Interview
2. Assignment Task
3. Director Call Interview
4. Direct Line Manager Call Interview
Terrible candidate experience. If you interview for a role, you expect a response reaching out to multiple stakeholders within Deel. It's clear that the internal mantra is to ghost candidates who take the time to prepare for multiple interview internally. Every stakeholder ignored my attempt to get an update on the final decision of my process.
Although I sincerely appreciate your feedback, I am not pleased to hear that your experience was negative. It is the job if the Recruiter to provide you with timely and relevant feedback. We will take a closer look at what happened here to avoid this occurring with other candidates.

Interview
First there’s an interview with a recruiter where he asks basic questions regarding previous experience.
The second stage it with managers. They pay a lot of attention to whether you’re a good culture fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Deel in Mar 2024
Interview
Applied online, followed-up with recruiter on LinkedIn & got a response, and set up a time for the initial screen (but not a interview). The part of the process moved along quickly, faster than I'm used to, so I thought things were off to a good start but ultimately they did not move me forward.

Interview
Short, submitted questionnaire and received an email back within a week. Scheduled call with recruiter and the call went okay, said that she had some other calls to make/people to interview and they would be in touch. Didn’t go too much into my current day to day

Question 1
How do you manage conversations with internal stakeholders?
