I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deel (Berlin) in Feb 2024
Interview
My interview experience with Deel began promisingly but ended in disappointment. Initially contacted by an external recruiter, I faced some difficulty arranging the first call with HR, but eventually, had a very positive meeting with the hiring manager. We discussed the team, challenges, and I received positive feedback, with assurances of a swift follow-up. However, that was the last I heard from them. Despite multiple follow-up emails, HR never responded, leaving me frustrated and considering the process highly unprofessional. The lack of communication after such a positive interaction was particularly disheartening, reflecting poorly on Deel's respect for candidates' time and efforts.
