A Deepwatch recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. There were 4 rounds of interviews, but mostly these were more to gauge my personality and if I would be a good fit for the team.
First round was with the recruiter to go over the company and my background.
Second round was with the hiring manager.
Third round was with 2 members of the team and was more technical, but all of the questions aligned with aspects of my day to day job responsibilities.
Fourth round was a final "vibe check" with the Director of the dept.
Everyone I met with was professional, polite, and engaging.
