They asked about my experience and understanding of the equipment that we would be working with. I felt like even if I didn't understand how to work some of the machinery they would have been willing to work with me.

Great work place. Great team. Everyone gets a long and work is fun to attend. Early mornings though but you get to be home early and get the entire day to yourself.
