I applied through school portal, It was a 20mins phone call, basically the interviewer just described the company and asked some behaviour questions. The process was chill, just answer whatever you are thinking is fine.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Defence Research and Development Canada (Ottawa, ON) in May 2026

Interview

I was called for about 30 minutes and asked a few questions regarding general behavioural properties, traits, experience. It was directly with the lead of the project and no HR or any other layer. Then he said there might be future / more rounds.

Mostly behavioural and asking about project experience. Asked about my previous knowledge of programming languages and extracurriculars that I was a part of. Also, was done as a group interview.
