Interview
Had an interview for the role and got there 5-10 minutes early as I always do to be told someone had called in sick so we couldn’t do my interview until someone else arrived in around 10 minutes. Asked them if they wanted me to come back and they declined. 15 minutes passed and told it would be another 5 so already off to a bad and unprofessional start. This is something I personally feel they should have called me about earlier to push the interview to later in the day. The manager had asked me to bring a copy of my CV as their laptop was broken, brought this with me and it was not needed. Was made to do a very old-fashioned and unnecessary maths and English test which the manager sat and watched me do - very off putting! The interview ended and I never heard back, despite being overqualified for the job. Very rude to not even inform applicants they’ve been unsuccessful. Manager was extremely unprofessional.

Interview
The entire interview felt rushed. The whole duration, including the numeracy test, only lasted for about 20mins, if that. The experience felt less like a job interview and more like a WW2 German interrogation. The Interviewing Manager's attitude was cold and unfeeling. Came across as having no personality whatsoever.
Also included a numeracy and literacy test for which I was told I had 10mins to complete. Actually only had about half of this time, which meant that I was unable to complete it.
Molto semplice e divertente, zero pressione. Sono stata accolta benissimo dalla responsabile del punto vendita, e il colloquio è stato molto leggero, non invadente e senza tensione. Dico a tutti di stare sereni se dovete fare il colloqui qui
