brief tour of the kitchen, followed by 4-6 hours stage, where your skills are observed. Then treated handsomely to a meal of your choice. Call backs are based on their need and interviews are short and topic is centered around your previous experience.

Interview
Quick chat with the Chef/Owner and his Head Chef, followed by a stage. I spent a full shift working on the line with the other chefs. I was able to taste most of the menu and see service and they got to see how well I could cook and work with others.
