Applied back in January and got a reply in February and I did a first call which went okay. They got back to me in 10 days for a social media content calendar test and I returned it to them in two days. Then got a reply saying they are not moving forward. That’s it. No feedback on why on what after spending hours on this test. Extremely unprofessional and probably good for me because this is not the culture I want to be a part of. Not giving any feedback after interviews is normal but spending hours on a task for which you are not remunerated & by just being told - they are not proceeding further. What on Earth stops them from writing an extra line on what went wrong in the test? People need to do better. It’s not just their time. Learn to respect candidates who want to work for you. This just shows people dodged a bullet by not joining your firm
