Interview
Had an interview with one of the directors. Three weeks later no feedback, no email from HR about if they decided not to continue, nothing. This is just a very immature approach. Haven't heard of any company that didn't even bother to come back to the candidate with the feedback after the interview. Its just not polite. Remember, the candidate spent time and effort similarly to the interviewer.
