Initial screening with recruiter, 1 hiring manager interview and then peer interviews with VP Product and a VP, FP&A. Each interview was supposed to be on specific competencies, but it seemed to be at the interviewers discretion if this was followed.
Recruiter was difficult to pin down throughout the process. At least twice, I would be asked my availability for specific days and those days would come around and pass with no contact.
I had two interviews postponed last minute due to an internal fire drill, and another interview cancelled because the process hadn’t been agreed internally. One interviewer was 10 minutes late.
The process took over 3 months with the peer stage taking a month for 2 interviews. The hiring manager resigned during the process and I was not proactively given any information on the new hiring manager or any process changes. The exiting manager was less than complimentary about the company.
Honestly would have declined an offer if it had come.
