I interviewed at Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered (Silver Spring, MD)
Interview
Applied got a phone call interview then invited to the office filled out all the necessary paperwork out. Which was unusual as I was still waiting for the supervisor face to face talk. Then talked to the supervisor told me the projects he had and what he expected of me I told him my experience with these types of projects. Then I got offered the job simple!

Question 1
Work experience, salaries, interest in the company
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied online. I interviewed with the President of the firm. He claimed they had plenty of work. He said he was rebuilding his firm after they had layoffs during the pandemic.
The next day, I received a call from the Transit Division of the company. I was asked if I would like to work in this division. I said yes because of my prior experience designing transit stations.
Right after that interview, I was told to sign paperwork stating I would work for the firm after I would meet with their client. I was told I would have an interview with their client immediately after this interview. After signing the paperwork, I was not interviewed by their client.
I followed up with both people via email and phone. I never heard anything back. I was ghosted. As it turns out, they were using interviews to claim people were working for their firm when they really weren't. If this is how they run interviews, imagine how they run their business - which is pretty bad and unethical.
I can say I dodged a bullet. People should not waste their time applying to work for this firm. Clients should consider that the staff this firm claims are working for them really aren't there. They are using interviews and recruiting ads to gather a fake army of people who work there.

Question 1
Would you sign this paperwork because they interview with our client is a formality to getting hired by DHA?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered (Washington, DC) in Oct 2013
Interview
There were three stages (three different days): I first met with the HR department for about an hour or so, then I met with the CEO and the head of HR, outside of the office for about an hour, and then I met with three of the senior managers representing three different departments that I would interact with in the role. That was more of them trying to figure out if I could fit within what they were expecting for the role; asking questions about my experience and looking at my portfolio. I think it was a standard process with good questions and it gave me insight from my future clients.
