These are the fist phone interview questions. There are two phone interviews usually done back to back and then they will call you back to schedule a face to face interview. It took about 3 or 4 months from applying online to when I was called for a phone interview.

Question 1

What do you do if a passenger comes on the aircraft with too many carry-on bags and refuses to check them? What do you do if a passenger complains about a crying baby? Is safety important to you inthe work place and everyday life and why? Captain turns on the fasten seat belt sign and a passenger has their child asleep on the floor what would you do? What would you do if a toddler was running in the aisle and a passenger complains? You can't serve alcohol to intoxicated passengers what would you do if a drunk passenger asks for more alcohol? Your flight has already been delayed due to weather and passengers are upset. What would you do if a passenger was irate because their first choice of food was unavailable?
