I applied on Feb 10, received a first round phone interview in few days. She asked 5 questions, which ranges from dealing with intoxicated passenger, crying baby, and unruly child..etc. Those questions were well discussed here on the site. My second test came a week later for mandarin test. I have to look at the computer screen for 3 English questions, then answered in Mandarin over the phone. One of the questions is where would like to travel and why. They were all very easy and your answers can be recorded, deleted, or saved whenever you think you have provided the good answers.
The last round is flying to Atlanat face to face interview. They put all mandarin speakers in one group. Like everyone has discussed here before. You will be dived into 4 groups (the group orders will be rotated so my order is completely different than other group). One is face to face interview (this one is hardest I think, using STAR format for interview). They asked 6 questions. The other group is Q&A for benefits and working with Delta. And the next group is taking pictures and pulling the emergency doors, buckling seat belt. The last group is Star introduction, talk about yourself, sell yourself, where are you from, what language do you speak, and what are you currently doing. Make sure you have a good introduction. Recruiters are sitting in the back and grading you.
When it's all said and done, which is noon. They gathered everyone in the room and announced 10 names out of 70+ candidates there for the position. When your name got called, they said they will need to look over your documents again (hint: you will be offered a position). The rest of us whose names were not called were sent back to the airport with a bus. They said make sure you check your email for notification. I did and I didn't get the job.
If you ever make it to the face to face interview, make sure they call your name at the end, otherwise you will be going home without an offer. Overall it was a good interview. Unfortunately I didn't get the offer.
