I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Mar 2014
Interview
After completing the online application and assessment I got a phone interview about 3 days later. A few hours after my phone interview I got an email asking me to complete a online video interview. The video interview asked me 3 questions and I was able to review and re-record my answers before I submitted it. Two days after my video interview I got a call from delta inviting me to a F2F interview the following week on March 19th. They book the flight for us but do not provide transportation to or from the airport so be prepared to pay for a cab.
At the F2F its exactly the way everyone else described it and the best advice I can give to everyone is SMILE SMILE SIMLE! talk to as many people as you can and be very enthusiastic! They are watching everything and if your cheeks aren't hurting at the end of the day you haven't been smiling enough. It will be a long day but it goes by quickly do yourself a favor and have a nice big breakfast and maybe bring a small snack, they do offer peanuts, cookies and water. 14 of us were selected and out of about 45 people.
The entire experience was great the staff were awesome they were very encouraging and tried their best to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. Just be yourself let them see your awesome personality!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell us about a time you had a big learning experience or "ah ha" moment.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

(odvi)For the ODVI they give you an unlimited amount of time to prepare before hitting record. Not sure if the camera is still capturing you while you are preparing for the question even though you didn’t hit record so be mindful of that

Question 1
Please describe a time a change at work impacted your daily routine. Describe the steps you took to adapt as well as the outcome of those steps.
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
