I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
After having two phone interviews with the exact same questions as detailed in other reviews for Delta Air Lines, I received an invitation for a recorded video interview. This interview had three questions. 1.) Name and candidate reference number. 2.) Why do you want to be a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines? 3.) What makes you a great representative of Delta Air Lines?
You have as much time as you like to answer the interview questions. You record your response, and then you can replay it and re-record it until you are satisfied. However, once you submit you cannot go back. Answers must be under 60 seconds in length. Be sure to dress as you would for an in-person interview, and speak clearly. Take as much time as you need to get your answers and delivery just right!
After my video interview, I received an invitation to interview in-person in Atlanta. I'm hoping it goes well!

Question 1
What makes you a great representative of Delta Air Lines?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
