I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2014
Interview
Hiring and interview process was pretty straightforward and easy. I received a call from recruiting agency and I was asked a few interview questions. Basic interview questions. Received an email a week later and was asked to call the number in the email. I set up an in-person interview, and then went to it today. Interview had three parts, first part was an intro and tells you a lot about the job, and the position. The second part was a mock-phone call and they just want to hear what you are like over the phone, there is no scripting available. Last part is the face-to-face interview, with only one manager. Very relaxed. Asked about 6 interview questions.

Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. Just be yourself be friendly and show them that you are ready to work. It’s going to be a group interview then you will take an assignment, after that If you pass the assignment your get to do a one on one f2f with a hiring manager.
The whole process to me was pretty straightforward. Definitely do come slightly earlier before your allocated interview time as you may have to wait before going to the first round of interview–i wouldn’t say it is exactly an interview, but a session where you can interview the staff of delta. Once done, you will then proceed for the proper interview with the relevant manager. They will ask a couple of scenario based questions relating the position. Just be yourself to be honest and answer as closely to what you’ve been asked, as possible.

Interview
I thought the process was really tedious, and it felt like no one was exactly sure what the end goal was or when it should be completed. It was like they had a goal in mind for the position but were unsure of what that person's skill might have been.
