I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
It was pretty easy just be prepared to have at least 4-5 examples of ways you've helped customers. Personally I come from a airline background and the lady interviewing me knew that, I felt pretty confident with my answers and I even used STAR method on all my examples. Sold the stapler they ask you to sell at the end and always ask how they are going to pay for it. It will help :) The lady that interviewed me I felt she discriminated against me. She even voided my application before all the hiring was done!!! There was another supervisor that was in our interview and she said I was the best interview that whole day. I will be writing Delta Airlines about this matter and how I feel it was unfair.
3 rounds - 1st was to know more about self, second was a computer test for speed of typing and how you would handle certain situations, 3rd was situational interview with a physical interviewer

Question 1
Describe one situation where you had to make decision on the spot without your manager's supervision.
It was first online through a video interview. Very easy then the second interview is in person. It was very organized and informational. I would definitely recommend my friends to also apply at delta.
