This was my second time applying and interviewing for the position. I am a current employee and both times I was an internal candidate. Please, please, please, do two things if you want to succeed in this interview. Prepare and walk in with confidence. A failure to plan is a plan for failure. I can attest to that because the first time I interviewed i bombed because i went in thinking i was going to get the job because i already had 5 years with the company and i was doing great in my current position. The second time around I prepared every step of the way. I did prep for the video by recording myself and getting comfortable in front of the camera. I spent at least an hour doing that so that i was ready when camera time came. For the face to face i practiced the questions i found on here and other sites regarding the STAR method. I spent at least 2 weeks working on my answers and practicing in the mirror. Again, these are just my suggestions. Part 2, confidence. Walk into that room, not like you own it, but like you are meant to be there and the people in there have been waiting for you. Don't be nervous, because every single flight attendant who is in there WANTS you to succeed. They want you to be comfortable, and they genuinely want to get to know you. This was difficult for me to grasp the first time i interviewed because i am an introvert. I tend to avoid crowds when i don't know the area or what to expect. This time around, i put that all aside. I allowed myself to come out of my shell and it worked. You can do this! Just work hard (prepare) and own it(confidence).

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I want to come here and say. The virtual ODVI is based on behavioral questions and situations practice your start method is very important easy and hard all at the same time.
Name a time when you held yourself in high standards. Name a time you didn’t follow rules but knew you at to something along those lines. I can’t remember exactly. But practice everyone. Star method best of luck to all. Keep trying don’t give up.
