No OFFER : Cleared all rounds , Submitted all Documents
A brief about what happened to me . (Senior Devops position for Delta Technology Hub, Bangalore )
1st week of Sept: First Technical round at 10:30PM IST , as it was US panel . (CLEARED)
2nd week of Sept : Second Round with GM and Manager 7:30PM IST . (CLEARED)
3rd week of Sept : HR round with India HR (CLEARED)
Next Day mail from Talent acquisition team to submit documents ASAP for further process of my candidature .
And Now the wait starts ... Talent500 TA team does the proposal via mobile text message . (Weird usually it happens via mobile calls or official mail ID)
And then After a long wait of 4weeks get to know the position is filled by someone else .
You give so much effort to attend all of their interviews , plus submit all documents they require hoping that you are going to get offer . (At end heartbroken)

Interview
First round of the application process was an online assessment test. After that, I received a call from HR regarding the first interview, which was supposed to take place in two days, but they postponed it. Do the same thing repeatedly, and then cease getting in touch with me. In actuality, never respond to correspondence. The way you handled the candidate was quite unprofessional. I won't advise anyone to take on these responsibilities.
