Applied online in late August. Received an email for video interview in mid September. Video interview was very user friendly, quite intimidating for me. You are asked 5 questions where you record yourself answering them. You are allowed to practice, thank goodness. Received an email 3 weeks later for an upcoming phone interview. Spoke with a very pleasant woman who asked a couple of questions regarding my passport and appearance requirements. Was then invited to Atlanta for a F2F. My interview was set up rather quickly for just 3 days later. The F2F was a 5+hr long process and definitely a whole new experience. There were about 50 candidates there. We were split into 3 groups that rotated sessions. A fireside chat with a current FA, one-on-two personal interview, and an HR session going over the details of the training and the job. It was a very long day full of chatting with all the candidates and FAs, and lots of smiling. At the end of the day they hired 15 of the candidates, including myself! I start training in February and I'm very much so looking forward to this new adventure in life and beginning my career with Delta!

Question 1
Name a time you were asked to go against your morals or standards at work. What did you do, what was the outcome?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
