I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Hiring day lasted 6 hours no reason. This was the longest interview process I've ever been through, and I worked at 2 of the big 4 accounting firms.
Also, not one person nor did the paperwork give the SIDA address. I had to learn that it's inside the airport at the south terminal and had to pay to park.
I'm not spending money on a job that pay $15.15 an hour.
Also, they love to mention free flight benefits*, but if you are poor and have to work, there will be no time for adventure.

Question 1
Situational questions:
*Tell me about a time you had multiple projects due at one time
* How do you handle stress
Great pay and benefits. Fun place to work at. Coworkers are awesome. Flight benefits are amazing. Management could be better at times, but not too bad. They have old scheduling software that makes it hard to swap shifts with people.
Just waiting on a return call back. How long they didn't state how long the wait will be. Nerves they talked about relocation. I'm not ready for that I don't even know how the jobs going to go.

Interview
Smooth interview. Short orientation then they’ll be calling you for one on one interview. After that they said they’ll let me know in a week for the result. So i didn’t know what that means if i passed it or not.
