Interview
After I applied and took the assessment on their website, I received an email asking me to do a recorded one-way interview. I was informed that I had three days to complete the interview or I would not be able to progress any further. The recorded interview asked me 5 basic customer service questions and gave me a couple minutes to respond to each one. I was not allowed to do any questions over or was I allotted any extra time.

How did you handle dealing with a difficult customer or situation at work?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I have not done my interview yet. Just preparing for it and it made me create a question to be able to see what others are posting.
