It was good, just take your time read each question twice on the assessment. When you get to the video dress I’m business clothes with your hair slicked back. When you get to the face to face just remember to breathe and mingle with everyone so you can have them remember you!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
