The interview was very simple, usually they asking five behavioral questions plus a self presentation and at the final they asking if you have any questions. They want to know how you were doing in your previous jobs specifically your actions you took with some different situations.

Question 1
Please share a time when you faced an unexpected challenge. How did you overcome this challenge?
I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2021
Interview
It was a web interview with 2 hiring managers, right off the bat something was off, they didn't have my resume and just asked some basic STAR questions and that was it. Overall I was confident, about a week later I get a call from a Delta recruiter saying I got the job but I was to work for a contractor for 6-12 months before being hired direct. I was still on board but it all fell apart when I got the email from the contractor stating it was for a Aircraft Support Mechanic for significantly less pay than you would expect. Very misleading, I applied on the Delta website for the AMT position and was interviewed for the AMT position. It was a classic bait and switch. I understand them wanting to pick and choose but you can't expect me to take a large pay cut and have to go spend thousands on tools on for a "shot" and a direct position especially considering that this pay doesn't take into account the cost of living in my area which is substantial. I'm not gonna give up my seniority and union in my current job just so that these guys could underpay me and decide to kick me to the street with know where to go. No thanks.
