Interview
It was a while ago but, I do remember an over the phone interview followed by a large group interview which was then followed by one on one interview all of which went great for me. Well I guess I was lucky by having someone who I was able to really connect with more than just as an interviewer and interviewee. She was very nice and engaging into the things I was saying.

I don't remember all of the questions that were asked during the interview however, I do believe they revolved around customer service experience as well as my future plans and goals with the company.

Interview
Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Interview
Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!
Interview will take about 4-5 hour. You will meet with delta team and after 1on1 in person interview. There will be 4 or 5 questions and you will have to answers in a STAR method.
