The process consists of several levels. When you first put in an application, you are required to take an assessment. Once you've passed that hurdle, you will have a virtual interview. If you pass the virtual interview, you are invited to a face-to-face. They make the hiring decision at the face-to-face. We're were divided into 3 groups and interviewed by different hiring managers. At the end of the process, we were put into one room and several individual's names were called. The rest of us were told we'd hear one way or the other within 7 to 10 days. It's safe to say that, if they don't call your name at the end of the face-to-face interview day, you'll be receiving a TBNT letter. But, if you've made it as far as a face-to-face, remember - this is Delta. They are elite in terms of hiring for Flight Attendants. Getting this far means you have something to offer and, in 6 mos, you can try again.
