      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2015

      Interview

The interview process is pretty standard and is described by others on this page. To my knowledge nothing has changed. You apply online and complete the online assessment. Then if selected will continue to complete a Digital interview. If selected, you will be called for an online screening that basically reinstates your ability to follow their rules if selected as well as a Passport must be presented. Once you get to the interview you meet people from all around the room looking for a chance to work with Delta. You are greeted with music and many recruiters as well as HR. Be friendly at the interview, but don't over do it. LESS IS MORE. People constantly get over excited over this job, because Delta glorifies themselves. Be excited but know that if you are not selected there are WAY better opportunities out there besides "Delta." As a flight attendant it is an over exhausting job and is not for everyone. Statistically, 9-11% will not even complete the 7 week training. -Anyways, f you still decide it is for you, I implore you to continue ! Good Luck.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I am basically going to go through the questions given to me. Some were new, and some old. 1.) Tell us about a time when you made a mistake and changed it with little or no notice ? And then in STAR format. 2.) Tell us about a time when you worked in a team to accomplish a goal ? 3.) Tell us about a time when you gave excellent customer service ? 4.) A time when you had put forth more effort and time than was expected of you ? 5.) Tell us about a time when you took initiative ? 6.) Tell us about a time when you had to change work priorities and how did you handle it ? Each of these questions should answer your CRM skills, which are "Crew Resource Management." Crew Resource management are the rubric guidelines to Help flight attendants through training and through their flying career.

      Interview

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
