In the beginning it was okay they did a presentation etc but then after we had to go with a separate interviewer mine was very cold the lady who dresses like she’s going to a circle she didn’t even let me the change to show my personality and quickly jumped into the question.

Average interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Boston, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online 9/30. The same day, I was invited to do the online assessment. I did that 10/5. On 10/15 I was invited to do the video interview. The questions are already on here on other reviews. A week later I was called to schedule a face to face interview at the airport. They gave me two times to pick between. 9am or 1pm were the choices but at the interview I learned that not all of the candidates were given a choice of times. I picked 1pm to avoid rush hour traffic.
The interview was great. All the employees made me and everyone feel at home and relaxed. They made jokes about liquor and other totally casual things. There was tons of laughing and they spent about an hour talking about how great the company is. Then they split us up in small groups to watch a Delta video on the company history. Then we all came bk together. They then did individual interviews one by one . the questions where not what I found on here.
I didn't get the job but I did my best. It is highly competitive. But they told us all in the beginning to keep trying because plenty of people get through the second time around.
There was a very diverse group of candidates . one lady flew in from Atlanta juast for the interview, another flew in from California. Another guy worked for Delta in his home country of France. Another guy was from Morocco and worked in the industry there. And one man was in the national guard or some other denomination of the army. So there is stiff competition try again if u don't get it the first try.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Face to face interview
Give an example of a time when u exhibited flexibility at work?
Give a time when u had to do something without supervisor's input?
And two more I forgot.
The process was straight forward, first you will get an email that is a survey and this will tell you if you are a good fit for what they are looking for. the 2nd round, is video questions that ask why you want to work for delta and a flight attendant through the videos and assessments you go onto a group interview.
I completed Three rounds of interviews. It was a lengthy but straight forward interview process. Application to third interview was approximately three months. I did not end up accepting the position due to other concerns.
