I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2015
Interview
you apply, they call you to interview on phone as far as do u have a passport etc then you do a one and one. there is 3 sections. so groups of people are split into 3 groups. you do a one on one with a flight attendant and HR. give them a STAR answer. the second one is you go to a room and someone explains the benefit n pay n you introduce your self in front of everyone. Name, where you from, what did you do . make sure you are confident because there are 3 people in the back watching you. the third part is u sit in a circle and talk openly ask question, and they take one person at a time to take a picture, do the seat belt test and the reach test. once all that is done, give it a while then they announce who they will hire on spot. don't believe the hype that you get the job if you don't get called right then. for the questions, try to find answers that will relate to flight attendants job

Question 1
Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
