Applied 5 months prior and received a random call asking if I was still interested so I figured why not and scheduled an interview. 3 Project Engineers were on the call and one lead the interview in a condescending manner in regards to my education and workplace experience. After the interview and this individual I immediately knew this was someone I didn’t want to work for during an interview it’s the employee and company selling themselves the days of a one sided sell are gone.
