Interview
It was a two-part phone interview. The first was by the recruiter the second call was made by the potential supervisor. In addition I was emailed links to take various personality and skill tests. The first caller was very friendly but didn't have a detailed knowledge about the location (she was in a corporate office separate from the distribution center).
