Straightforward interview with behavioral questions to gauge adaptabiity to a call center environment. Most questions were centered on customer service and different scenarios regarding independency and collaborative environments. It was a smooth process and communication was thorough.

Fast and easy group interview. They dont really ask you questions. They inly ask that you participate. They want to see that youre interested. They hire many people in a big group

Simple online interview over zoom with no major issues. Two rounds of interviews that were straightforward. Only issue is the start date they gave me was delayed almost a month due to an issue on their part.
