The interview was really professional but also very comfortable; something new to me as I've worked with government contractors for so long in my career. The interview process was less formal and I was given open and honest answers as to what the company was succeeding at and how they were working to help move the company forward even while experiencing growing pains. I really enjoyed the direct assessment of what was expected of me both professionally and personally. I got to see the 'real' work environment would be like based upon personalities, not a written list of formal questions. And lets face it, work is your 2nd home and you need to really like the people in your 'house'.
