I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delta Partners (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
First, I had aptitude test which was quite easy because it was take-home test.
Then I had four separate interviews with 2 Managers and 2 Partners. All interviews last about 1 hour and had similar structure. At first you intoduce them yourself, and goes fit-part. Then case for 15-30 minutes

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Delta Partners (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Invited to first round interview after CV screening.
1 hour interview on fit & casing. Interviewer seemed to have already made the decision to reject my profile. Started off by appearing to be confused of my background & motivations. Appeared dismissive & rude when I attempted to explain the same. Read the case prompt extremely fast to make sure I didn't understand them. Behaved snobbishly when asked for clarifications. Didn't give any time to structure & expected answers right away. Was dismissive of my answers and gave a lecture on how consultants should think/act for 5 mins. Acted passive aggressive throughout the interview. Horrible experience. Gave a lecture for 10 mins in the end about how he worked very hard when he was young and I needed to do the same. Never had there been an professional experience as worse than before in my life. I am glad to not have to deal with these people in future.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Partners (Dubai)
Interview
I applied through university job fair, then got invited to first round of interviews. Almost all interviews (2 rounds, 2 interviews each) were of similar format (behavioral, fit, and case questions). The first two were with a Principal and a Senior Associate. The final round consisted of also two interviews with partners with "tell me about yourself" questions, a case, and questions to interviewer. Try to prepare some industry related questions instead of discussing the interviewer's personal experience with the company. You have to have a very compelling story as well as a strong reason for joining DP. You should also show some excitement about working in TMD industries. Overall, the process was very smooth.
