It went in an informal way at a Hotel and the questions were good, to judge the capability of the individual.Questions like why i would like to join Delta and if the opportunity was given to me but package as expected is not offered still i would prefer to join were asked to assess the interest in joining the organisation.

Quick and fast...decision making process was very transparent...you will get to know the outcome like within a day or two max unlike other organisations who go through complex approval processes at times take more than 15 ~ 20 days just to know if your interview got through or not,
