Found the company through research and thought it would be a great fit. Little did I know that one of the main things they care about is whether or not you were in Greek life during college. I interviewed with 3 of the four start up employees (1 owner, 2 sales/recruiting), each 1:1 type interviews. I was asked to bring 2 resumes, and to complete a homework assignment (did not even need to do). The first interviewer definetly did not want to be there. He was very dry and lacked any enthusiastic drive. The second intherview was with a guy who went to the same college as the owners and was in greek life with them (you can guess why he got the job). I then met with the owner. He did not really ask very many questions. It seemed like he had his mind made up before even meeting with me. He we so confident and had a glare in is eye the whole time I was with him that is was rather uncomfortable, and I am a confident person.
The company claims to do a good job of training its employees, but they do not help with regards to building clients and maintaining them , along with how to interview and select candidates. They did not seem to care about what you can provide them, just if you were in a bunch of extra stuff in college (Greek life, clubs, etc.). This was probably one of my worst interviews. None of the interviews knew what to ask or how to ask it. They really lacked a plan. Extreme disappointment.
