Interview
My interview experience was disappointing. The hiring manager conducted a rushed 15-minute call, bombarding me with questions for 10 minutes and allowing only a brief 5-minute window for my questions at the end. A last-minute meeting forced me to reschedule the second interview, but instead of accommodating the change, the manager simply thanked me and ceased communication, failing to reschedule. This lack of professionalism and disregard for providing opportunity to reschedule, particularly for a remote position, was disgusting.
Did a quick interview with DemandHub where they asked me if I knew about their company which I honestly replied that I didn't knew that much about. So they abruptly ended the interview saying that it was the company's policy to not move forward with someone who doesn't know about them. Very strange behavior for a company that's not really well known.
Application process is smooth but absolutely no word back. No next steps, not even a ‘thanks but no thanks’. This is a very poor reflection on your company as a whole. People that are applying are real people who deserve the courtesy of a response. Any response.
