I received a general inmail by the recruiter handling this position, to which I responded right away. Once I did not hear from the recruiter, I applied online. Being a TA Consultant myself, I understand the urgency of casting a wide net and send inmails. However, a company should be measured, also, by how they treat those who are not selected. We invested time in applying, and we should be treated respectfully. What a disappointment to not hear back from anyone. Again, selected or not, the recruiter could have handled the situation with much more tact and diligence. Now, I walk away with a bad taste in my mouth for the TA team.
