The interview process was incredibly long but pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and the questions they asked were not difficult. I just wish they had made the process shorter and more streamlined (seemed disorganized at times).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Democracy Fund
Interview
I went through 6 interviews. Everyone was professional and kind, especially the HR team. I only rate it as a negative experience because of the number of interviews for a mid-level, non-management position. I received an email rejection at the end.

Question 1
What drew you to this role? Tell me about the experiences that shaped you into who you are today. What does equity look like in practice?
Way too long of a process with slow turn-around. There were way too many rounds of interviews. It was unclear what the timeline was. They seem to have a desire for candidates who have a background in philanthropy.
